What we are looking for

Grammer is looking for a Tool and Die Maker to join our facility in Bowling Green, OH. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team environment and will have an opportunity to make lasting and positive change to our team!

What you will be doing:

· Assemble and disassemble blow molds requiring repairs

· Interface with design staff as required

· Fitting of all mold components associated with molds

· Able to run grinders, mills, programming CNC machines

· Manage build process and lead tool builds through machining centers

· Trouble shoot molds to determine what repairs are required

· Trouble shoot in-process issues on blow molds

· Responsible for all fitting of mold components.

· Other internal Manufacturing plant requirements

What you will bring along:

· Fork lift experience 2 years

· High school diploma required

· Must have strong work ethics

· Must be well organized and a self-starter

· Must be able to follow standard filing procedures

· Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable

· Possess strong organizational and time management skills

· Strong problem solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills

· Ability to communicate effectively verbally and take direction/instructions

· Ability to interact with co-workers in a professional manner

· Journeyman card or proof of equivalent

· Experience working on Injection and/or Blow molds.

· Blue print reading

· Willingness to work overtime and weekends if required.
