Production Team Lead

We have an opening for a Production Team Lead in our Tupelo MS. location. This is a 1st shift position.

What are the main tasks?

· Ensure that production records are completed

· Communicate any and all operational issues with the supervisor.

· Guide and support your team in the performance of your operation.

· Perform tasks in SAP

· Support and evaluate the training process of new hires.

· Ensure that you and your team are following all health and safety procedures and regulations as dictated by the organization and the state.

What kind of qualification do you need?

· High School diploma or GED equivalent, preferred.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

What else do you need?

· Personal computer skills (Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word)
