Production Operator

Available positions are on second shift (3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.)

• $17.00 - $18.50 per hour, depending on shift

GRAMMER is specialized in developing and manufacturing components and systems for car interiors as well as driver and passenger seats for off-road vehicles, trucks, buses, and trains.

If you don’t have previous factory experience, that’s not a problem! We are willing to train you if you are willing to learn new skills in a clean, safe, stable work environment.  

You will have to stand/walk throughout your shift and lift up to 15 pounds on a repetitive basis. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but we will consider you if you have a positive attitude, can follow written instructions, and perform basic math calculations.
