Grammer is looking for a AME Clerk / Coordinator to join our AME team at our in Toledo, OH location. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team environment. This individual will have an opportunity to make lasting and positive changes in our Americas Team!

What you will be doing:
- This position is responsible for supporting the department Advance Manufacturing Engineer team
- Data Entry of production product details, generate track and distribution of forms.
- Work with the facilities and suppliers to resolve financial issues and RFQ’s.
- Work with team members and facilities in the Americas to complete Purchasing Requisition
- Additional responsibilities as required
- Preparation of customer invoices
What you will need:
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years of experience in an office setting or similar situation
- Effective analytical and problem solving skills
- Detailed oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Data driven individual
- Excel, PowerPoint, and Word experience required
- Experience working with large diverse teams
